One out of four people in Cleveland and Cuyahoga County, Ohio, lack access to nutritious foods. Of those without access, 60 percent are people of color. The FARE (Food Access Raises Everyone) report tackles this issue holistically, with recommendations spanning nutrition education to urban agriculture. We presented each topic with distinct icons, using color combinations that flow from page to page and rounding out spreads with silhouetted photos and quotes from Ohio representatives. An infographic showing how theses solutions overlap and work together punctuates the piece.
