Creating Healthy Concessions is a resource guide dedicated to improving healthy vending potential at local parks and community operations. We organized the booklet into color-coded, tabbed sections and peppered them with iconic “to-go” imagery—bottled water, paper napkins, plastic cups, etc. We created charts demonstrating how to maximize health benefits and sustain profits and encouraged readers to rethink convenience food with photography of healthy alternatives.
